I've sat on more than one side of the table.

Before I coached leaders, I sat where you sit now.

I spent years inside global corporations, negotiating with international brands and leading restructuring strategy across operations in more than 25 countries.

Then I became an entrepreneur — building, running, and exiting businesses across five countries and markets.

Today, alongside coaching, I invest in and advise startups and venture funds.

So when I challenge your thinking, it doesn't come from theory alone. It comes from having operated, built, failed, adapted, invested — and done the inner work myself.

I've had to challenge my own beliefs, change my own patterns, and make difficult decisions when the stakes were real.
