Before I coached leaders, I sat where you sit now.
I spent years inside global corporations, negotiating with international brands and leading restructuring strategy across operations in more than 25 countries.
Then I became an entrepreneur — building, running, and exiting businesses across five countries and markets.
Today, alongside coaching, I invest in and advise startups and venture funds.
